The Game in One Breath
What You Are Helping Shape
You are not saving the galaxy. You are taking the job and deciding which truth survives.
Borrowed Sky is about competent crews working under surveillance, bad credentials, fragile infrastructure, and incomplete briefs. The mission is never just the mission.
The first test is Cold Transfer, a starter operation at Tetherfall, a space-elevator terminal where groundside authority meets orbital infrastructure, where a clinic extraction becomes a lockdown, a cover story becomes evidence, and the crew has to choose what kind of damage they can live with.

Table Profile
Good Fit For GMs Who Like
- Mission play with social, technical, and physical routes.

- 5E familiarity without a dungeon-first structure.
- Consequences, covers, alarms, and hard exits.
- Giving practical feedback on draft material.
How It Works
How You Help
Run or observe. Use quickstarts, pregens, and mission material when you have a table.
Report what happened. What did players try? What stalled? What created pressure?
Help choose the next fix. Feedback helps decide what gets revised before public release.

- GM-facing notes for mission pressure, Heat, cover, trace, and consequences.
